Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you ordered the wrong product, please send it back to us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you the full amount with a store credit.  You are responsible for return shipping fees.


Lost Orders

We ship orders all around the world using great postal companies like USPS that are reliable and pro and get our packages from A to B. But, sometimes on the very rare occasion an order goes missing. If this happens to you, you must contact us within 30 days of the purchase and we will be able to help.


We Won't Refund the Original Postage Fee

Unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping cost of an order, but will give you a full refund on the order itself.
